We are seeking a Project Development Officer to support NPCi’s growing portfolio of renewable and conventional energy projects. This role involves market research, financial modeling, regulatory coordination, and project management support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about the future of energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments for energy projects
• Assist in preparing project proposals, financial models, and business cases
• Coordinate with government agencies for permits and regulatory compliance
• Support project managers in site inspections, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and financial advisors to ensure project success
• Monitor energy market trends and provide insights for business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• At least 2–3 years of experience in project development, energy, or infrastructure
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and policies is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
