Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support NPCi’s energy project implementation and technical coordination. This role supports engineering review, contractor coordination, and monitoring of technical deliverables across project phases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable collaborating with consultants and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical documents, plans, and specifications for ongoing projects
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on requirements
• Support site coordination, progress monitoring, and issue tracking
• Assist in ensuring quality and safety compliance in project activities
• Prepare technical summaries, progress updates, and documentation
• Support project teams during inspections and implementation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
• Experience in energy or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Willingness to support field activities when required
