NPCi is looking for an Environmental & Regulatory Specialist to support compliance for energy and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating with relevant agencies, and monitoring requirements throughout project development. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and familiar with regulatory processes and environmental standards

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental and regulatory documentation required for project approvals
• Coordinate submissions and requirements with relevant government agencies
• Track approval timelines, compliance obligations, and project commitments
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and project consultations when needed
• Maintain compliance records and assist in audit or reporting requirements
• Provide guidance to project teams on regulatory and environmental considerations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Philippine permitting and compliance processes (preferred)
• Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
